The Story of our

Our Founder’s great aunt, Martha, was an incredible woman whose passion for cooking and feeding the elderly in her community served as the inspiration behind our gourmet meal delivery service. Her love and dedication towards serving those in need was demonstrated every day as she eagerly visited dozens of townspeople, bringing with her not only delicious food but also a warm smile that lit up the room. Her unwavering kindness and generosity touched countless lives, and we are grateful to be able to continue her legacy by providing not just nutritious meals but also a sense of comfort and companionship to those who may be struggling to prepare their own food. Aunt Martha’s spirit lives on in our service, and we are honored to help carry on her tradition of serving others with care and compassion.

Congestive Heart Failure Menu

Customers with CHF (congestive heart failure) should be on ultra low sodium diet to prevent water retention that leads to hospitalization. We offer a number of heart healthy meals delivered; view our menu and place your order.

LOW CARB MENU

Martha’s low carb meal plan is designed for those who want to limit the amount of carbohydrates in their diet. The meals will have more protein and vegetables compared to the healthy lifestyle meals.
